A Tribute to Dr. Isadore Ramos
Posted: 08/05/2026It is with a heavy heart and profound sadness that we mourn the passing of Dr. Isadore Ramos, a longtime and valued member of the Cape Verdean Progressive Center and a respected member of the Rhode Island community.
Dr. Ramos was more than a member of our club. He was a mentor, a friend, a humanitarian, and a man who believed deeply in the importance of supporting others and strengthening our community.
His contributions were felt not only through the many things he did, but through the lives he touched, the people he encouraged, and the example he set for all of us. His legacy will live on in the countless people who had the privilege of knowing him and in the lasting impact he made on our community.
On behalf of the Cape Verdean Progressive Center, we extend our deepest condolences to Dr. Ramos's family, friends, and all those who mourn his passing.
May we honor his memory by carrying forward the values he lived by-service, compassion, generosity, and commitment to community.
Dr. Ramos will be deeply missed, but his memory and legacy will remain with us forever.
May he rest in eternal peace.
